These terms apply to use of the website at lynxlabs.dev, operated by LYNX LABS LLC (“Lynx Labs”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
The site describes Lynx Labs’ work and how to make contact. It is general information. It is not medical advice, not an offer to provide services, and not a commitment that Lynx Labs will accept an engagement. Work for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send unlawful material. Report a security issue to security@lynxlabs.dev, as described on the Security page. Do not include patient information in that report.
Intellectual property
The text, mark, and layout of this site are owned by LYNX LABS LLC unless a page says otherwise. You may link to public pages. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission from Lynx Labs.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lynx Labs disclaims warranties of any kind, including that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LYNX LABS LLC is not liable for damages arising out of your use of this website. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it. It does not limit a duty Lynx Labs has under a separate client agreement or a Business Associate Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
Lynx Labs may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
