AI voice assistants
Lynx Labs builds voice assistants for patient and front-office tasks such as scheduling, reminders, and intake. Each assistant is limited to the tasks and systems agreed for that engagement, and does not provide medical advice.

- Where a source system supports them, integrations use published standards, including FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, and OAuth 2.0.
- Least-privilege data access
- Integrations request only the data and permissions an engagement needs.
- Encryption
- Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Audit logging
- Access to client data is recorded in audit logs.
- Business associate agreements
- Lynx Labs builds with HIPAA requirements in mind and signs Business Associate Agreements with covered-entity clients where required.
