What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website only. It does not govern health information or other client data handled during an engagement.

Information from visitors

The site has no accounts, comments, or forms. Lynx Labs does not collect personal data through the site beyond what you send by email. If you email Lynx Labs, we receive the message you send, including your email address, the contents, and routine metadata your email provider includes, such as the time sent. We use that correspondence to read and reply, and we keep it as long as needed for that correspondence and for legal record-keeping that applies.

These pages do not set cookies and do not load analytics or advertising scripts. Lynx Labs does not use this site to track you across other websites. The host that delivers the site receives ordinary connection data, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs. Lynx Labs does not use those logs for advertising or analytics.

Client health data

Health information and other client data that Lynx Labs handles in an engagement are governed by the client agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement. They are not governed by this privacy policy.

Sharing

Lynx Labs does not sell personal information. Email you send is handled by our email provider so the message can be delivered and read. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and Lynx Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
